Refund policy

Cancellation Policy 

      I will only accept cancellation on all Cake/Pie orders if I am given a 5 day notice before your requested order date. If your order was or has already been made, there will be a 10% inconvenience charge. — I will accept cancellation on all other products if I am given a 3 day notice before your requested order date. If your order was or has already been made, there will be a 10% inconvenience charge. If you have placed and payed for an order and have not picked it up within 24 hours of the promised date, you will be charged a 10% inconvenience fee.

      If you have already paid for your order but wish to cancel it within the time frame — send me an email at tatuum.goss@gmail.com to request cancellation and a FULL REFUND will be given back.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SOME CAKE ORDERS.

To start a return, you can contact me at tatuum.goss@gmail.com. Please note that all emails will be replied to within 1-2 days. 
   

  All cakes are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves my premises. I am not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter. Keep in mind that cakes are very fragile and damages can happen if not handled properly – such as cracks, smudges, melted frosting, etc. 

      Once you or a designated party has picked up an order and left the premise, it is considered "accepted" – I will ask to make sure that everything is correct such as the design, spelling, flavor etc.

      Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color etc. will not be accepted after leaving with your order.
